ℹ The overall view of this training course is to introduce well-being as a funding value for
everyday life. Our TC aims to build awareness around the need of a deeper, more complex, and more sustainable approach to Wellness. We use a diversified methodology in practices, tools and exercises to self-analyze and grow the understatement of ones own well being.
