Feeling like a hamster on a wheel sometimes❓ Are you struggling with overcoming toxic patterns affecting the quality of your life and your emotional balance❓ Wondering with which methods you can create a positive change for yourself and the people around you❓
🤝🏽 This is Tandem, an 11-day retreat about negative patterns in life and how to step out of them. Through disconnection, community building, and social service, you will redefine yourself, your values, and reconnect with people around you.
