Call for 4 Italian youth workers and leaders aged 20 +
🇬🇧 About the project
The main aim of this project is to equip the youth workers/leaders with tools and knowledge on how to be catalysts of integration with the youth that they work with. Thanks to this project they will understand more the difficulties that migrants endure and what makes them leave their home country and also how they as youth workers/leaders can help them integrate in their community. The project will support youth workers to get equipped with specific competences about social inclusion working to reach equity and inclusion by facilitating the access to participants with disadvantaged backgrounds using non formal education menthods.
"The Path to Inclusion" consists in 3 phases: – 1st Phase: Preparation before the Training Course in which selected candidates will be asked to complete specific assignment tasks. - 2nd Phase: Training Course for Youth Workers, 8 days program + 2 travel days – 3rd Phase: Follow-Up and Dissemination. Activities at local level where participants come back to their local organizations and put in action the gained knowledge and competences.
