🇮🇹 Il progetto
Il corso di formazione "Less is not more"è stato progettato per operatori giovanili.
L'obiettivo principale è aumentare le competenze dei giovani nel campo della democrazia, attraverso il loro coinvolgimento nel processo decisionale e di conseguenza aumentare la qualità del processo stesso e la qualità della vita nelle rispettive comunità.
Raggiungeremo questo obiettivo educando gli animatori giovanili, che poi trasmetteranno le conoscenze acquisite ai giovani con cui operano regolarmente.
I partecipanti a questa formazione, animatori giovani, youth leaders, aumenteranno le loro conoscenze nel campo dei processi democratici e svilupperanno competenze allo scopo di partecipare a tali processi e alla loro attuazione.
Svilupperanno anche capacità di motivazionali, spronando i giovani i giovani con cui operano a partecipare proattivamente alla vita sociale nelle rispettive comunità, pensare in modo critico ed esprimere le prioprie pinioni.
A loro volta, saranno in grado di fornire ai giovani con cui operano competenze per partecipare attivamente in processi democratici ed influenzare direttamente la qualità della vita nelle rispettive comunità.

🇬🇧 About the project
The training course "Less is not more" has been designed for youth workers.
The main objective is to increase the competences of young people in the field of democracy, by their involvement in decision-making and consequently to increase the quality of decision-making and qual-ity of life in their communities. We will achieve this by educating youth workers, and they will then pass on the acquired knowledge to young people.
Due to the above, the participants of this training, i.e. youth workers, will increase their knowledge in the field of democratic processes and build competences for the purposes of participating in such processes and their implementation.
They will also build their capacity to motivate young people to engage, think critically and express their opinions. In turn, they will be in a better position to provide young people (their target group) with competences that will help them participate more easily in democratic processes, create some, and directly affect the quality of life in their com-munities.
